Description of my issue:

I know this is probably a very basic question. I will be fine to follow the instructions and video after I understand this part. I just migrated a wordpress website to my server. So, wordpress is all that is in the server. Do I just do a fresh install of Joomla, make the joomla site the main site or can I do the migration first and then move the joomla site to be the main site after the migration is complete? This is probably so simple that it is confusing.
