Resolved Joomla Comment UTF-8 Problem

Hi everybody :)

I have a problem with utf-8. When I write some new comment with macedonian support and click send on posted comment have only question marks. In administrator panel on location (components->!Joomlacomment->Content Settings) on tab General and field Local charset is set utf-8. I don't know what is the problem :S. Pease help me :)
