I've installed your HotSpots plugin and on some machines it works great and others it's throwing a JavaScript error. I haven't been able to replicate it but quite a few viewers of my client has received calls on it. Is there a blanket solution to getting it to show up properly? I've tried to get my client to ask for screenshots of the JS console in their browser, but they gave up on trying to walk their elderly clients through it as they aren't tech support. I'm hoping you might have a solution as I can't replicate the error. I'm wondering if you can?

Thank you for your support in advance.
