We are using Matukio 6.1.5 with the standard PayPal plug in. For the most part, people are paying for the events and are marked "Participation Assured". However, occasionally we do see that people have paid for an event, but they are marked "Deleted" in Matukio. I have tried to recreate the error, but I have not been able to recreate the problem.
I have also looked at the Matukio logs for one of the transactions, and I see that the payment was successful in the logs as well. Thinking that the user may have cancelled their booking, we reached out to them and were told that they did not cancel.
Do you have any thoughts or suggestions about where I should look? Again, this doesn't happen with many transactions, it just happens on occasion.
