The integration with dpcalendar does not work any more. Comment form is not displayed any more. I received following answer from dpcalendar:

We didn't had an integratie of CComments in DPCalendar. They hooked in through Joomla plugin events. So you need to ask them if a problem exists. In version 7 we skipped the DPCalendar specific events and were just using the default Joomla events.
