Install error and no administrator menu

Resolved Install error and no administrator menu

I just purchased CComment and I'm installing it on a fresh Joomla 3.8.8 installation.

I'm getting this error when immediately after installation

Error
Joomla\CMS\Table\Menu::_getNode(1, ) failed.

Warning
Error building Administrator Menus.

Message
Installation of the component was successful.

I know i'm a bit behind on the PHP version, which is what I'm trying to correct and will be moving to a new server as soon as I get this installed.
