Resolved Info Bubble does not appear in IE 8

Hi,

I had already posted this in the bugs section but haven't gotten a response for about two weeks now.
When using IE8 the info bubbles do not display on the map.

In debugger there is a script error pointing to the file: media/com_hotspots/js/libraries/infobubble/infobubble.js
line 972

I haven't made any modifications to the component and the site is a fresh install of Joomla 3.0.
I am running hotspots 3.5.3

Can you please let me know if there is a fix for this? The component is currently running on a live site and this bug is becoming a problem for us as more people report that the map is broken.
