If I set a category of articles to exclude comments, but I want an article in is category to display comments for an example a In Memorandum article, can this be done? that is exclude a category for articles in article manager, but select certain articles to show comments in this category.

On the flip side say if I want include a category to show articles with comments, but want some articles in this category with out comments can this be done.

If you could elaborate more on the exclusion/inclusion of comments in articles.
