I imported lots of markers into sobi pro, then imported them into hotspots and it was looking good. Then for no reason the import stopped working, it would go through the process of importing but add no markers or hotspots. I didnt change anything in sobi pro, so it worked then just stopped. Also now when i import or try to i get an error 500 and it times out, any help would be great,
