Resolved Import CSV for Hotspots & Adjust Image Size

My client has given me an excel sheet of points and data. Is there a way to import that? I only see options for SobiPro, KML and Phoca Maps but nothing for excel or CSV.

Also - how do I adjust the image size on the list of locations on the right of the map? I adjusted multimedia settings but it didn't change anything on the front end.
