Description of my issue:

Hi, I installed ccomment pro but some features still seem to be disabled. I had previously installed the free version maybe this is causing problems.
1) I'm using community builder in the free version, I would like to appeared the profile BC avatar near the comment, but in the page settings> integration, the voice is disabled.
2) I will purchase CB distributed Connect with Community builder to register via facebook, in that case CComment will show user's facebook avatar ?
3) In my installation I can not find the plugin for CB.
