Resolved How to turn off profile image in comments section

I am using CComments on one site that is avail only to subscribers. I want to hide/not see the profile image as shown in attached.
I have toggled "Form Avatar" on and off, but that does not seem to be the place to make this change.
Where/how do I hide the profile images in comments section?
