Resolved how to stop ' and " from displaying \

When someone posts a comment, and they type I'm or use " " it displays a \ in the word or beside the quote marks.
Specifically:

I'm looks like I\'m
and
"quote of the day"
looks like
\"quote of the day\"

(I even noticed it in your signature daniel : All, I\'m offering is the truth, nothing more! )
