How to show Hotspots map in K2 Category?

I just purchased and installed Hotspots Pro. Everything mostly seems to be working fine, as the map shows in the K2 item. However, I cannot get the map to show in the K2 category page plotting all the Hotspots under that K2 category. How is this done? I don't see any parameters in the integration plugins to enable the map in the K2 category.
