I just purchased the latest pro version of CComments. I have gone through the documentation and am unable to find
how to display the formatting toolbar (B I U | image link | color of text, etc. (which I'm assuming is the only way to get to the image upload)

One of the features I need most is the ability for registered users to be able to upload images in a comment but can't even find any of the image components mentioned that should exist for the pro-version in my backend Modules, Plugins or CB Plugins.
