This may be a joomla 2.5 issue more than a ccomment one, for which I apologize in advance.

Yesterday I installed ccomment and it is working as advertised when I do not use moderation, in which case any comments are attributed to the user "anonymous". When I do use moderation, the user is not prompted to authenticate, instead the comment box shows up but does not allow entry. How do I get the authentication to show up? The "authentication - joomla" and "user - joomla" plug-ins are enabled.

Thanks!
