Is there any present way to get a complete 'roster' of registered members INCLUDING additional fields that we have added?

All of our events require the registering user to register more than one person; however, we need to have the names of each person registering (and a couple other fields) available on a printed roster for the coordinator of the event.

Because all those extra fields are stored in JSON it makes it VERY difficult to just write a quick SQL select to pull things in.

I've spent a LOT of time trying everything I can find to get just basic reports in the format I need.

Is there anyone else who has done this?
Do you have any recommendations (or tips) in making this happen?

My event coordinators are at my neck trying because I can't give them the data they need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
