Hello! I have this setup on a client site with Community Builder that has a number of data fields for users in MailChimp. The integration works fine but I need help with one piece. How can a user edit their subscription details? We have multiple fields from MailChimp that populate into our CB registration form. This works fine and the data is added to the new MailChimp user profile. That part is good! But when a user goes to "Edit Profile", the only thing they see is a newsletter checkbox. None of the fields from MailChimp that are seen during registration are visible in the edit profile view. How can I get them there??
Now, I did see that when I VIEW my own user profile (Not Edit), there is a tab that shows all of my MailChimp fields. They are in a format of being able to edit them... even though I'm in a VIEW profile page only. That is odd, but still, none of those fields contain any data. They have data in MailChimp, but when viewing the profile, they are all empty.
So, we can add users to MailChimp when they register through Community Builder. But we have no way of users being able to view OR edit their subscription details for the fields that are mapped between CB and MC. Please help. Thanks!
