In view of the new EU GPRD regulation we want to delete historic events and bookings from Matukio.
What is the best way to do that? I tried it on a site recently and the way I did it resultet in several hundreds of people getting the information that the event they had attended long a go was canceled - so obviously that was not the way.
How to I delete past booking and events with-out any emails going out?
