How to change the layout of CMC module

Hi,

I was using AcyMailing component which came with my template. I need to use mailchimp and decided to go for CMC.

The problem which I am facing with the CMC module is the layout of the form fields.

I have attached the snapshot of footer of my site. The module on right is for Acymailing and the one in left is for CMC.

I need to change the CMC layout so it looks exactly as that on the right.

Could you please advice?

If this involves changing any files on the server let me know the changes required and the name and path of file please.
