Resolved How can I upgrade 4.0 alpha3 to 4.0.0RC1

Hi!

I have a 4.0 alpha3 version of Joomla Comment installed on my website and would like to upgrade it to the 4.0.0RC1 version.

A simple attempt to install 4.0.0RC1 on the server didnt work because com_comment folder already existed.

What is the best way to upgrade my component?

If I delete the com_comment folder via FTP and install the 4.0.0RC1 version afresh, wouldt the comments on the website remain intact? Please advice.
