Resolved Hotspots map is not displaying anything

 I have a map set up here: https://www.h2oforlifeschools.org/index.php/the-water-crisis/interactive-map#!/catid=4;2;1 which is no longer working. I have upgraded to the latest version, but still no go. Can you tell what I have incorrectly configured?
