Hotspots version: 4.0.6

Description of my issue: I have 4 hotspots for 1 category in a menu item. I see the map but I get a continuous "Loading data" and none of the hotspots appears on the right or in the map.
I am getting an error in each of the hotspots locations form (attached). That may be the problem but I don't know how to correct it if it is: Fatal error: Call to undefined method JDocumentRaw::addCustomTag() in /home/taichicu/public_html/plugins/system/mredirect/mredirect.php on line 36
