Resolved Hide "Zitat"/"Quote"

 Hi,

I just bought the 5.0 Pro Version and think it is cool.

I have just some changes to make:

1. Hide "Zitat"/"Quote" (couldn't find it in the settings)
2. Hide "Nachfolgender Kommentar"/"Next comment?"
3. Missing german translation for "Your comment will appear on the site once a moderator has approved it." (Dein Kommentar erscheint, sobald er vom Moderator freigeschaltet wurde."
4. Missing german translation for "Cancel" ("Abbrechen";)
