Please, can you help me?

I would like to make a Business Directory for a client.

Requeriments:
- Categories Directory(ex: REstaurants, Art, Hotels, ) showing Business (ex: categorie HOtels show hotel 1, hotel 2, hotel 3....)
- Business Directory(with custom fields:categorie, directión, tel, fax, mail, photos, history, description, and GOOGLE MAPS POSITION)
- Cities directory (ex: Madrid, Barcelona,....)
- A global Map, showing all the business added to the directory.
- I would be the admin. I would like to create an "editor" role for the client. That editor must type all the the data about Bussiness from the FRONTEND.

How could i make this?:
- Sobipro + sobipro geomap module + HOtspots?
- K2 + Hotspots?
- HotSpots Pro Light is enough?

Any other suggestions?

Could i see an example?.
