I have read several threads in this forum about this problem, but can't find any solution working for the J1.0.15 homepage I use !JoomlaComment 3.26 on.

I am the Super Administrator of the homepage.
I want to get email notification when new comments are made before logging into Joomla Backend and modify (publish) them.

These are my Content Items / com_content settings:

SECURITY:

Basic Settings
Only registered: No
Autopublish comments: No

Notification
Notify admin (do not use anymore): No
Admin's email: (Here I have written the email address I use both as Super Administrator and in the Global Settings.)
Notify moderators: Yes
Moderator groups: ...SAdministrator
Enable users notification: No
Enable comment feed (RSS): No

I do not receive any email when comments are entered. After clicking "Send" one get a pop-up window saying the comment will be published as soon as a moderator has looked at it, and the comment is saved as unpublished in the "Manage comments" database. But no email telling me that a new comment has arrived, not to my email account and not to back-end mass-mail account.

Please help, I cannot log on back-end every half an hour day in day out to check if there are new comments, so I need to get this issue solved and will be thrilled if any of you could guide me!

Thanks in advance!
