Resolved HELP.. Cant get it to work on a tablet / phone

Hi all,
I think I have configures everythig correctly, but Hotspots Pro 4.2.4 just wont work on my tablet / phone.
The map shows, the icons show, and when I click on an icon, the sidebar menu opens, but then it all hangs.....
Maybe I have too many icons?????
Need help desperately
