Your map seems to look very good, but your purchasing process is extremely disappointing!! Not only did you charge me THREE times for the Pro version, but I never was brought back to the page to receive the upgrade. On top of that, your website said my account was blocked and I had to create ANOTHER account just to be able to come in here and submit this forum topic. Ridiculous

If you would like for me to use your product, PLEASE resolve this. I demand my refund for two of the three charges.

Please resolve this issue quickly or I will put a stop payment on the charges by my bank and they will investigate.

Please tell me how I should communicate to you my other account information that was blocked and where I was charged 3 times.
