Resolved Goolgle API Error

I have a brand new Google API key, but the map won't display. Gives this error:

Google Maps JavaScript API error: DeletedApiProjectMapError
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#deleted-api-project-map-error

However, I just regenerated the API Key and it shows as active. What do I do?
