My map sometimes has the location dots shown as giant blobs which cover huge pars of the map.

Caching and Gzip are off and seem to make no difference anyway. Sometimes they are there and go after a while, sometimes they stay. Refreshing makes no difference.

Any suggestions as to the cause and solution?
