Resolved frontend-users can´t edit text in their hotspots

No matter which editor I use (JCE editor completely dont work) a front-end user can not change the content of his hotspots, such as eg mark text ,a text link, insert new line ect / after onclick "submit", there is no change

If I make the changes in the backend it works...
