i see that one of the features of this component is Front-end comment moderation.
Yet i can't seem to find out how to do this?

There is a menu option available for this component but it just takes me to a blank page.

When my moderators receive emails of new comments that require moderation, the email has a link like http://mysite.com/Blog/testblog.html?comment_id=1&joscclean=1#josc1
but this just takes me to the article page and there is no sign of the new comment that needs to be approved.

Is this feature available/complete and how do i access it.
