Unfortunately several features on my 'Event List' page are not working as intended.

Users are unable to open / close the menu
They are unable to filter by any categories, locations, etc.
They cannot advance to the next page of events by clicking either page 2 or next
Users cannot expand the list of events to 10, 20, 50 events by using the drop down menu on the top (jumps right back to the top)


In my research, I found the need for 'System-SEF' to be enabled, which it is!

Other steps I've taken to troubleshoot


I've upgraded Matukio
I've uninstalled Matukio, and then reinstalled it
I've verified Matukio settings: Event Type Filter = Yes / Menu Open & Close Function = Yes / Load Bootstrap = Yes / Load JQuery = Yes
Menu Settings are as follows: Event List Template = Bootstrap3


**NOTE: The customer has asked for 1 menu item as the 'Bootstrap3' list and another menu item as 'Modern'. Therefore, they can access two views of the same data. I have tried removing the 'Modern' view, with results being the same.
