My ideas:
SEND button as an image (back end change will probadly be the best option).

Those list with COLOR and SIZE options should be editable by css (for background, border, etc.).

Also NOTIFY EMAIL list got .inputbox class witch is the same like in many templates css and the templates ccs are readed first so if u wana change it u must change .inputbox in u main template. But what if u want get difrent look of .inputbox in u template and difrent in joomlacomment ?

Merge joomla READ MORE link with WRITE COMMENT would be nice. Like READ MORE (13 COMMENTS) or something like it (also option with image - hmmm like XXX[image-readmore]YYY[comments-normaltext].
Or even numeric characters as an images ^^ Well there is always something to work with
I can't wait for native 1.5.x version (beta) and i hope my edited css file will work with native 1.5.x version without any problems.
