Hi there,

Today I upgraded from version 3.5.4 to 5.0.4. The upgrade went allright and in the backend everything works perfectly; only not in the frontend.
The problem only occurs in the 2nd level of a categorie on my website, for example:
http://www.myexample.com => no errors
http://www.myexample.com/category => no errors
http://www.myexapmle.com/category/subcategory => Fatal error: Call to a member function getChildren() on a non-object in /home/mctest/html/components/com_hotspots/helpers/utils.php on line 285
The odd thing is, that I don't show any maps in http://www.myexcample.com/category/subcategory...

If I disable the plugin "Content - Hotspots" everything works correctly, except that I can't show a map in the article.

Do you have any ideas what can be causing this?

Kind Regards,

Erwin
