Bei mir werden Mails nach einer Stornierung mit dem Satz "Der Veranstalter hat Ihre Buchung aktualisiert Ihre Buchung ist aktiv und Ihre Plätze sind reserviert!" versendet - es sollte aber versendet werden, dass die Buchung storniert wurde und die Plätze freigegeben wurden.
Fehler im System selbst oder der Sprachdatei?
