Description of my issue:

If I want to change a setting under "Configuration" / "Booking fields", there would be the folliwing error:

Table 'usr_web434_6.qod34_comprofiler_fields' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT name as value, title as text FROM qod34_comprofiler_fields WHERE published = 1

The error message is also shown if I want to add a new bookin field.
