When sending comment the user gets an error. Error screen file attached. The comment gets published but you do not see it until refreshing the screen, thus users try it several times sending it, getting the error page just as much, thus publishing comments several times.

Error does not occur in mozilla. It happens in xp IE7 and IE8. Have not tried others.

Also i change the file to use jomsocial avatar as per your article.
