Hello again, it's your biggest fan. We have the certificate template customized the way we want it, but I just sent a test and the certificate file wasn't sent, it was text "The administrator has certificated you for the following event" etc. and event details followed —But no certificate template. Is there a setting somewhere that we need to enable to publish the certificate image template so that will be sent instead? Thanks!
