The more we get in depth, the more we realize we need your support...
We just finished a networking event on Feb. 20th and we charged $15.00 via paypal. Someone registered and booked for 2, so they paid $30.00. They didn't show up to the event, and asked for a refund...not a problem, we did that through paypal and got their notification of refund from paypal.
From Matukio however, an email was sent after the refund was issued that said "Thank your for you booking, it is reserved, etc." ...as if they re-registered for this event (which is past due by they way.
What happened? How do we fix this?
