Editing a comment on the frontend causes it too post a new comment instead of editing it. The comment id isn't set to the form because this following line causes an error ("toInt" function doesn't exist)

media/com_comment/js/views/comments-outer.js(102): form['notify'].checked = (comment.notify).toInt() ? true : false;

Commenting this line out fixes the problems but uncertain of what new issues that might cause. This is after an upgrade from a previous version of CComment.
