wir haben etwa 10 Kathegorien in denen von den Übungsleitern (Sportwarten) Veranstaltungen eingestellt werden. Sie sind damit "Besitzer" der Veanstaltung. Leider ist es in der Natur des Menschen, dass trotz Buchngsmails eines Mitglieds der Besitzer des Events die Termine nicht im Auge hat.
Ich möchte gerne einen Gesamtverantwortlichen per Mail von allen Buchungen informieren lassen, da dieser Gesamtverantwortliche nicht der Besitzer ist, habe ich zur Erfüllung dieser Anforderung keinen Weg gefunden. Kann ich z.B irgendwie in den automatischen Mail an den Teilnehmer und den Besitzer noch eine zentrale Mailadresse (administarator@......) hiterlgen? Wenn Ja - WO?
