Resolved Dutch - English

Hello,

version 2.1.1

I installed the dutch language files from transifex

In the backend everything OK == Dutch

In the frontend I The language stayed English, just this morning for a while Dutch !
Later I opened the website again and the frontend was English again....

Any Ideas ??
