Hi!
I tried to live update the CComment component - Joomla complains about a demaged zip file. I downloaded the up manually but Joomla complains again. Unpacking the file also doesn't work! Unix tells its is ASCII Text so I just loaded it into a Text Editor. Surprise! It contains a part of some Webserver Logfile! Entries dated Sept. 1st 2013.
Possibly the file system is messed up? May be some side effect of your server downtime over the weekend?
