Resolved Don't get admin email

First and foremost, I'm happy to be here!! :)

Secondly, when someone makes a comment or publishes an article I'd like to get an email so I can moderate it first.

I've got it set-up to do this but it's not working.

Is there a bug or is it possible I've done something wrong? Though I believe I've done it right.

Please help. Thanks!! :)
