You have a great product and provide good support...But...you knew that was coming... Your documentation is shocking. I'm sure in 2012 it was good but many of the new features don't end up in the documentation. I'm offering to help fix the documentation for/with you. I guess the starting point is to work out what version to doco was for and then go through the release notes and work out what is new, what needs to be documented.

Also I can't find any reference some of the plugin's what they do and more importantly what the options are?
