Hello!

Could you tell me if it is possible to add in the CComent panel an option which would allow me to enable notication of the author of article about new comments posted? I don't want them to moderate their article comments, but I would like them to recieve new comments. So, can you customize my component and add the following options:

1. Notification of the author of article
2. Notification of selected groups

If you are able to implement this. How much such work would it cost?
