This is not working for me, as it hangs on the first modal button to download packs. No error messages. No files downloaded.
I tried with 2 different projects (one just copy paste the config for Ctransifex available at https://compojoom.com/support/documentation/ctransifex/ch03 )
Joomla clean install, windows 7, XAMPP, Joomla 3.1 beta, Firefox and Opera latest versions.
