I'm looking for an event management system that has a gift certificate option. This would simply be a special type of absolute value (not percentage) coupon. The idea here would be for, say, a $100 gift certificate coupon that could be created (possibly via a separate purchase of that gift certificate) and given to a registered user, and then applied across numerous events until the $100 is used. So if an event costs $20, then the user could apply the gift certificate to register for 5 of those events. Or in the case where there is a remainder amount to be bill for, then the user would be taken to the function to be billed for that portion of the event(s) purchase that exceeds the gift certificate coupon.
It doesn't look like this is a function that comes out-of-the-box with your component.
Is there any way to create this type of coupon for your event system?
