Connecting hotspots to extra fields?

Hi
I have a client who is using K2 and Extra Fields on their site, and they want to be able to deliver a Mapping function to their clients. Due to the way they need to work they are exporting and importing 2000 records on a regular basis as they update the website records information for their clients.

I want to be able to use Hotspots but I would need to connect it to the specific address related Extra Fields in each record.

Has anyone got any advice on how this might be possible?
